FULL LOCKUP · With MARKET descriptor
Use when full brand name is needed — website nav, decks, official documents. Light on paper, ink on dark. Never mix registers.
COMPACT LOCKUP · Mark + IBEX only
Use in compact contexts — app headers, social bios, co-branded placements where "MARKET" reads as redundant. Same register rules apply.
MARK · Four contexts
prefers-color-scheme: deep magenta on light OS, lighter on dark OS. Never crop to one horn.
MARK DON'TS
oklch() is the source of truth. The hex values in brand-tokens.css are sRGB fallbacks for email and legacy environments — always prefer oklch() in web and app code.
MAGENTA · TWO RANKS
VOLT · THE HIGHLIGHTER
WHAT VOLT IS
Volt is a physical highlighter marker, not a color. You use it to emphasize a phrase by filling behind ink text — like dragging a fluorescent pen across a page. It is never a foreground color, never a background for light text, and never enters the terminal.

The market can't see you coming.
Neither can MEV.
Volt fills behind the sharpest claim. Ink type only.

✕ WRONG — NEVER DO THIS
Volt as text color
Volt has insufficient contrast as type. It reads as broken or off-brand.
P&L TAPE · RESERVED FOR MARKET DATA
Two typefaces, both free under the SIL Open Font License. Archivo carries the brand voice — editorial, muscular, precise. IBM Plex Mono is the technical register: tickers, funding rates, data labels, eyebrows.
| Role | Family / Weight | Size | Tracking / Leading | Example |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Custom E: The middle spine of the E has been removed and rebuilt as three ridge bars echoing the Twin Ridgeline mark. Always use the supplied SVG lockup — never retype IBEX. The custom E is not in the Archivo font file.
MARKET is always in IBM Plex Mono, tracked ~0.5em, in deep magenta on paper or neon on ink.
LIVE SPECIMENS
Ibex uses two registers — Paper and Ink — and they never mix. Paper is for all communications (website, docs, decks, ads, posters). Ink is exclusively for the trading terminal. When you're deciding which to use, ask: is this telling the story, or is this the trade?
Paper · Communications
The market can't
see you coming.
Background: Paper #F5F1F4. Accent: Deep magenta. Headlines in Archivo 800. Supporting copy in Archivo 400.
Use for: website, marketing pages, docs, decks, press, posters, email, social posts.
Ink · Trading Terminal
ETH-PERP
Background: Ink #140F14. Accent: Neon magenta. Never break to paper mid-session. No volt.
Use for: order book, position manager, charting view, trade history, all in-app UI.
These mockups show how the brand system behaves across surfaces. Every application follows the same logic: one register, one accent moment, one volt highlight maximum.

SOCIAL BANNERS
Four options for the X profile picture. The mark always fills the circle — no padding, no wordmark. Pick one and stay consistent.
HOW THEY READ IN A FEED
DARK MODE FEED
Ibex Market @ibexmarket
Liquidation hunting requires a target. On Ibex Market, you aren't one.
Option B shown
LIGHT MODE FEED
Ibex Market @ibexmarket
The market can't see your mark price. Neither can the hunters.
Option A shown
Once chosen, export the corresponding mark SVG at 400 × 400 px as PNG. Add ~10% padding inside the circle so the mark doesn't clip on all platforms.
These are enforced constraints, not suggestions. Every piece of Ibex brand work must pass all six.
